Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t meet your expectations on the trail, slope, or water. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward returns process to get you back to your adventures quickly.

Return Window: 15 days from receipt of items

Condition: Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened climbing chalk or grip enhancers
  • Personal care items used for yoga or post-adventure recovery
  • Opened nutrition products or hydration supplements
  • Items that have been worn or used in outdoor conditions
  • Customized or personalized gear

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, including covering return shipping.
